Conference Registration

Registration for INLG 2008 is all-inclusive and includes lodging, meals, coffee breaks, a copy of the proceedings, admission to all sessions, the welcoming reception, and complimentary coach service from Columbus to the Salt Fork Resort and Conference Center and back. (Some optional activities at the resort, such as boating and horseback riding, will cost extra.)

Registration rates will vary depending upon the type of room you would like to book. The following amounts are for one person:

Roommate Selection

For those of you choosing double or triple room accommodations, if you know the names of your roommates, please indicate them in the Roommate Preference Field (all parties in the room must indicated the others' names).

If you would prefer to have us assign you a roommate, please indicate your gender since we will group people of the same gender together.

Complimentary Coach Service

Complimentary round-trip coach service from Columbus to the Salt Fork Resort and Conference Center is included in your registration fees. Please check the appropriate box if you plan to make use of the coach service, so we know whom to expect for transport to the Salt Fork State Park.

ACL Membership

ACL membership is required to attend INLG-08. You must indicate whether you already are a member of ACL, are planning to join ACL via the online membership registration form or will join ACL as part of registering for ACL-08:HLT.

Payment Methods

Online payment by Visa/Mastercard is preferred. For alternate methods of payment, choose 'Check'. Payment can be made by faxed credit card (Visa/Mastercard only) to +1-570-476-0860. Please include your registration confirmation details with the fax. To pay by check or wire transfer, contact or Priscilla Rasmussen of the ACL at +1-570-476-8006.

Arriving in Columbus prior to INLG-08

For those participants who will need to fly to Ohio, we recommend flying into Columbus on June 11 (the day before INLG-08 begins) and taking the complimentary round-trip charter coach the following morning to the Salt Fork Resort and Conference Center. This is especially recommended for those who will be returning to Columbus in order to attend ACL-08:HLT immediately after INLG-08.

To facilitate your stay in Columbus prior to INLG-08, we have negotiated the following room rates at the Hyatt Regency Columbus (the site of ACL-08:HLT and also the pick-up/drop-off location of the chartered coach):

Rates:

• $140.00 single occupancy
• $150.00 double occupancy
• $160.00 triple occupancy
• $170.00 quadruple occupancy

You must make your own reservations at the Hyatt Regency Columbus by calling +1 800 233-1234 or by following the instructions for on-line reservations below. In order to receive the special INLG rate, you must mention at the time of reservation that you are with the INLG group. Please note that there are two Hyatts in Columbus. Make certain to ask for the Hyatt Regency Columbus.

You can reserve a room on-line as follows:

1. Go to http://www.hyattregencycolumbus.com/
2. On the left, under Find Rooms & Rates, enter June 11 as the check-in date, and June 12 as the check-out date
3. Enter the appropriate number for adults per room (if more than one)
4. Enter G-LIN1 as the Group/Corporate #
5. Click on Check Availability

These rates will expire after the Early Registration deadline, so be sure to book early. If you would like help finding someone to share a room with at the Hyatt on June 11, choose the appropriate option on the registration form or send an email request to . One person must make the reservation; other names can be added to the reservation over the phone or in person.
