Accommodation

Unfortunately, there are no more dorm rooms available for non-presenters.

Dorm Lodging
Dorm rooms are double-occupancy and air-conditioned.

Check in. You will be checking in at The Royer Activity Center Living Room (rm. 5) located at 85 Curl Drive. Here you will receive your room assignment, room key and building access card for your dorm room in Norton House. You can check into your dorm room any time after 10:00 a.m. If you arrive earlier than this, the dorm staff will check your baggage behind their front desk. If you have any problems please call "Conference Services" at 614-292-9725.

Check out. You will need to check out before 11:00 am at the same place you checked in, The Royer Activity Center, and return your room key and building access card. Lost keys are $100.00 each. Lost Building Access Cards are $15.00 each.

Provisions. Standard dormitory bedding, towels, and full house-keeping are provided in the dorms. (You may bring personal towels and bedding items, if you prefer.). You will need an alarm clock. While rooms are air-conditioned, please understand these are standard dormitory rooms, not hotel rooms. Any needs or requests regarding your dormitory room should be made directly to the dormitory staff early in the week

Hotel Lodging
There are two places near campus and many others within a short driving distance from OSU’s campus. We recommend that you try the Holiday Inn on Lane Avenue. Please call 1-614-294-4848. This hotel provides complimentary airport transportation. There is also a Victorian B&B nearby. Please call 614-299-1656. Both places are a 15-20 minute walk to the LSA Meeting site.

Parking

Parking permits for use on Ohio State’s campus may be available. More information will be available at a later date.

Low cost street parking is also available near campus, within a 10 to 15 minute walk to the LSA Summer Meeting. Parking is also available in campus parking garages for a daily fee. These garages are within an easy five-minute walk to the workshop site.
