Winter Quarter
January 11 — Written version of out-of-sync 2rd Year Papers. (Submit pdf to the three members of the reading committee, cc to gradprog. Committees have until January 25 to review papers submitted on time.)January 18 — Colloquium presentation of out-of-sync 3rd Year Papers.
February 15 — Written version of out-of-sync 3rd Year Papers. (Submit pdf to the three members of the reading committee, cc to gradprog. Committees have until February 29 to review papers submitted on time.)
February 15 — Colloquium presentation of out-of-sync 2nd Year Papers.
Spring Quarter
April 4 — Written version out-of-sync 2nd Year Papers due for students who presented their papers on February 15. (Submit pdf to the three members of the reading committee, cc to gradprog. Committees have until April 18 to review papers submitted on time.)April 11 — Colloquium presentation of out-of-sync 3rd Year Papers.
May 9 — Written version of out-of-sync 3rd Year Papers due. (Submit pdf to the three members of the reading committee, cc to gradprog. Committees have until May 23 to review papers submitted on time.)
April 25 — Colloquium presentation of 2nd Year Papers targeted for students in the 2006 cohort.
TBA — Spring quarter review of student progress. Students in the 2007 cohort and their advisors should all have finalized stage 2 plans. Any students in earlier cohorts who finish their 3rd Year Papers in this quarter should also have a stage 3 plan for review.
June 9 — AdvisingFest for students in 2007 cohort.
Autumn Quarter
September 26 — Written version of 2rd Year Paper due for students who presented their papers on April 25. (Submit pdf to the three members of the reading committee, cc to gradprog. Committees have until October 10 to review papers submitted on time.)October 3 — 3rd Year Paper ColloquiumFest for students in the 2005 cohort.
TBA — Review of Program of Study Stage 1 Plans for 2007 cohort. Review of Program of Study Stage 2 Plans for 2006 cohort.
October 31 — Written version of 3rd Year Paper due for students who presented their papers on October 3. (Submit pdf to the three members of the reading committee, cc to gradprog; committees have until November 14 to review papers submitted on time.
TBA — Review of Program of Study Stage 3 Plans for students in the 2004 cohort.
