Tomislav Socanac is a post-doctoral researcher with primary interests in syntax and the syntax-semantics interface. He is currently engaged in a project in historical linguistics, dealing with the diachronic developments related to the grammatical categories of infinitive and subjunctive across different European languages. He received his PhD from the University of Geneva in 2017.
