Congratulations are due to Bridget Smith (Ph.D. 2013, co-advisors Brian Joseph and Cynthia Clopper), who has accepted a postdoctoral appointment in the Phonology Laboratory of the Department of English at North Carolina State University in Raleigh. Bridget will be part of laboratory director Jeff Mielke (Ph.D. 2004, advisor Beth Hume)'s NSF funded project, "Phonological implications of covert articulatory variation."
