I'm pleased to congratulate two grads on the successful defense their Autumn semester dissertations. 
Marivic Lesho's work was titled, "The Sociophonetics and Phonology of the Cavite Chabacano Vowel System," and Andrew Plummer's  "The Acquisition of Vowel Normalization during Early Infancy: Theory and Computational Framework."
