Mary Beckman wins Anneliese Maier Research Award

Congratulations to Mary Beckman, who has won the Anneliese Maier Research Award from the Alexander von Humbolt Foundation.  Award winners are those whose scientific achievements have been internationally recognized. They are nominated by established German academics, and expected to spend a period of up to five years cooperating on a long-term research project with the nominator and / or specialist colleagues in Germany, and to contribute "a sustainable shaping of the humanities and social sciences in Germany through the prospects of long-term collaboration". The award is valued at 250,000 EUR.
