Tahiira Zimmerman Recieves George W. Hendrix and Elizabeth L. Hendrix Humanities Scholarship

Tahiira Zimmerman is among the 2017 recipients of the George W. Hendrix and Elizabeth L. Hendrix Humanities Scholarships for meritorious undergraduate students majoring in the Humanities. The scholarship fund was established in 1996 through The Ohio State University Foundation, which established an endowed scholarship with gifts from Mrs. Elizabeth Hendrix and the estate of George W. Hendrix (B.S.Bus.Adm. '29) in memory of their parents,  J. Clifford Hendrix and Lou Etta Hendrix, and Herman D. Lowe and Zilah Kays Lowe, respectively.  Tahiira has maintained an overall GPA of 4.0 during her first semester as a major in Linguistics and Romance studies, and is eligible to receive $20,000 in scholarship funds over four years.  Congratulations, Tahiira!
